Paul Kiddell - training consultant

 Paul Kiddell

Paul is an Associate Trainer who brings extensive training experience to the team.  Originally from Surrey, Paul enjoyed a hugely successful 29 -year career in the Royal Air Force before settling in the North-East.

During his time in the RAF, Paul was heavily involved in all aspects of training from training needs analysis and course design through to training delivery and evaluation.  Paul’s training skills were in high demand, and he also designed and delivered training for both the Royal Navy and NATO partners at home and abroad.

Paul is exceptionally enthusiastic about delivering Target Training’s portfolio of Train the Trainer courses to domestic and international clients.

Paul is a passionate private pilot who tours extensively and writes for several national aviation magazines. He also loves football and for many years served as Chairman of a youth football club, leading a team who secured funding for a £1.5m football and community venue in his rural village.
