Training Analysis and Evaluation

Good training begins with good analysis.

To enable effective learning and development, the needs of the individual and the organisation have to be taken into account.

A structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will identify this and using an outside source for your TNA, means an independent viewpoint offering an impartial assessment of the needs of the staff, together with the aims and objectives of the organisation.

From this analysis, a learning and development programme can be designed, produced and implemented as a complete package.

Furthermore, to ensure that training is effective and that staff are not de-motivated by training, or training budgets are not squandered, training needs to be effectively evaluated. Effective evaluation gives training credibility, justification and shows that it is having an effect. Training Accreditation

Target Training can work with organisations to gain accreditation for in-house training courses/programmes. Where in-house training is already set up and effective, we can gain accreditation for the training with an appropriate awarding body/institution. This can give training added credibility and link it to further qualifications.
