developing lebanese managers

Published by Rachel

On our second visit to the Lebanon last month we delivered our renowned Management Development Programme (MDP) and our one-day version of 5 Dysfunctions of a Team workshop.

The courses were arranged by Beirut based Leading Minds, a consulting and training company that specialises in personal development in the middle east.  The MDP covered areas such as personality types, delegation, time management, interview techniques and conflict management; core areas associated with the most effective managers.  The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team session was based on Patrick Lencioni’s leadership fable about the common aspects found in many dysfunctional teams.

MD Ralph Moody was delighted with the feedback from the sessions.  “Brilliant feedback from delegates makes us want to do it again and again”.  He added “The managers who attended our MDP were particularly effective and kept me on my toes, however I was really touched by their levels of professionalism”.

Target Training is busy planning a series of courses and qualifications in Beirut for 2014 and Ralph was very pleased to mention his fondness of the country. “I love the people of Lebanon and I want to share with the world just how fantastic they are.”  He added “We have a series of Management Development sessions planned in Lebanon for 2014 along with Train the Trainer and our Master Trainer courses.”
