New appointment signifies 'Happy Days' at Target Training

Target Training is delighted to announce that Paul Kiddell has joined the company as its Business Development Manager.

Paul will be responsible for marketing and assisting in the development of Target Training’s exciting portfolio of training products whilst supporting existing clients from across the public and private sectors.

Paul has just retired from the Royal Air Force after a tremendously varied and action-packed 28 year career which saw him work in a wide-range of working environments across the world.  A highly experienced manager, Paul also has detailed knowledge of training including training needs analysis, course design and has personally delivered training to a diverse range of audiences within the UK and NATO military, UK Ministry of Defence and civilian defence contractors.

Paul is also well known in the North East for his work in amateur football as Chairman of the National Award winning Longhoughton Rangers and was instrumental in securing funding for a state-of-the-art £1.5m Football and Community venue which recently opened in Longhoughton.
