Katie Muldoon

Associate Executive Coach

People contact me when it’s high stakes: a founder scaling up, a change in career, significant decision times. They want autonomy over their decisions, understand the influences acting upon them, and I coach them to choose their own path.

My approach is built on a combination of my experience as a leader in austere and challenging environments in the military, and my psychodynamic psychotherapy training with the British Jungian Analytic Association. The approach I have developed empowers individuals, builds their confidence, and helps develop their own agency to achieve their outcomes. After 10 years in the military, I led Public Sector change transformation programmes for 7 years and now support leaders in ‘leading change’, ‘leading in innovation cultures’ and ‘leading as you scale’ as an Executive Coach.

Katie holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and International Relations from Cambridge University. Her coaching qualification is through Henley Business School, where her qualification is accredited through the International Coaching Federation and European Mentoring and Coaching Council, where she is accredited as a Senior Practitioner. Katie continually develops her coaching skills through supervision and further education, including broadening her depth of knowledge through her Warwick Business School MBA and analytical psychology courses.
