Ralph believes that lifelong learning is exactly that and should not be limited by age or perceived ability. He has a belief that all of us have the potential to do anything if we put our mind to it. He believes that armed with skills, knowledge and attitude we can all perform to the highest standards. Ralph is an accredited master trainer.

With over 30 years of training experience, he specialises in trainer and management development. He is an international training consultant with expertise in development, design, delivery and management of bespoke training programmes and soft skill fields. Furthermore, he is a renowned motivational speaker within the field of personal and professional development. Before creating Target Training, Ralph had a successful career in the Royal Air Force. In the RAF he undertook a variety of operational and management duties including roles as a training manager and recruitment specialist.

Latterly, he led a highly successful accreditation team that regularly gained plaudits from organisations such as City and Guilds and the Learning and Skills Council, on areas of good practice. As founder of Target Training Associates, Ralph has been actively involved in the design and delivery of training to a worldwide audience across many sectors. Additionally, he has developed and delivered management and workforce development programmes that have been adopted as a prerequisite in key management roles. With an enthusiastic outlook on life, Ralph is an aviation enthusiast and Pilot and loves flying in his adopted home, Northumberland. His other interests include walking, football, formula 1 and travel.
