Our courses:
Remote Live Train the Trainer courses - Our remote courses are fully interactive instructor-led events delivered to the same high standards we are renowned for with our face to face delivery. Even if you have struggled with online training previously, you will see our courses are different. We use all the features of Zoom, including the use of breakout rooms and additional interactive features for full engagement and several are ILM accredited. We also offer training on a 1:1 basis using our Yondo platform. You can view and book a session with a Master Trainer here.

Train the Trainer Essentials - A one-day course for those who need to know the key elements of effective training delivery. On this course, you will learn the key essentials from structure to highly efficient delivery techniques.
PTT (ILM) Train the Trainer - Our most popular option, this two-day ILM accredited Train the Trainer course is ideal for those who are required to deliver training to internal staff or external clients. You will gain essential skills and techniques to engage and motivate learners, with training that is founded on our 'train not tell' perspective. Upon successful completion, you have the opportunity to achieve B2 Competent or B1 Highly Competent accredited trainer status.
Advanced PTT (ILM) Train the Trainer - A three-day ILM accredited Advanced Train the Trainer course that develops more experienced trainers. It is ideal for those who have already completed a Train the Trainer course and will build on those skills, taking them to a new level. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to achieve either B1 Highly Competent or A2 Advanced Practitioner trainer status.
Master Trainer (ILM) - Our five-day ILM accredited course. This premium course provides you with the skills and techniques to become an exceptional trainer. It is aimed at individuals who need to learn advanced skills and techniques in a very short period and wish to become inspiring leaders within learning and development. Upon successful completion, you have the opportunity to achieve A1 Master Trainer status.
Course Design - This two-day course provides you with the skills to design effective training from start to finish.
Presentation Techniques - A one-day course for individuals who deliver presentations to colleagues, clients or other audiences. You will learn techniques and skills which dramatically improve delivery and help you to give a confident, fluent and engaging performance.
