It is over, well done, what a journey but remember this is just the beginning. You are amazing, you have great skills, believe it. You will have a great value system and you will have great strengths.
Ok, your last task; this is your chance to take yourself forward. Sit down for a few minutes and write where you want to go in the future. Our future hasn't been written yet. Put an action plan together, one year, five years or ten. Make decisions; remember a decision is better than no decision; this is because you can change; any decision is better than none.

I do hope you wrote a journal, sounds corny, but hey it works and in life, we only have one, make the most of it. Be you, do you want to be proactive or reactive? Nothing in life comes to you, you have to go get it, and change it. Life is a journey, choose your direction, don’t let it choose for you.

Pat yourself on the back, it is OK to feel emotional. This is the time to feel gratitude towards yourself and others, say "Thank you", this creates such a positive feeling about yourself. Always pat yourself on the back, say “Well done”, this is great to keep moving forward and write what that experience feels like and where you are feeling it. What do you notice in you? The thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are so important; write them down in your journal.

We are really moving forward. Write down two areas that are strengths and two areas that you would like to improve on further. Balance out your thinking. Expectations are so different from realism. The problem is limitations get in the way of expectations and people aim way too high sometimes. E.g. I am going to lose 3 stone in two months. Sadly life, kids and work get in the way. These have to be balanced. Balance the expectations vs the realism, be true to yourself, don’t build your own disappointment.

You are amazing, yes, amazing you better believe you are. I would like you to look back at your journal, are there any changes, what are they and both why and how you made the changes. Have a continuous reflection on yourself. I did this myself and I changed so much, I never believed this would happen, almost ignorant to what you can do to move forward in life. Now reflect on your reflections and then on your reflections again. Seems strange but just an amazing experience to write down areas that have changed.

I can’t believe where we are together. We are working together for a better place for you. Life is about you and one else; the problem is no one has probably ever said that. You do as you have been told. Yes, change it, be different. What is really going on for you? Write one thing that is changing or changed, and think how can I continue to make this better, stronger and work for me.

What is happening, really happening, what is the change? Be resilient; be strong. If you think negative thoughts, then you will create this, think positivity, then the consequences will be positive. Stay in control. Keep writing in the journal, it will be working for you, you just don’t know it yet.

Think about the adversity that is trying to start to take over, it will be working on you and will want to win. Don’t let it, you need to be in control, it is about you. You are creating new habits, those apps on your phone, all you are doing is creating a new one.

What are you noticing in you? Is life different in any way? Again dig deep as there will be things happening. Stay with the feelings, behaviours and what you notice. Write these down in your journal, be really specific in what is changing and what it feels like.
