As a trainer, one of the most fantastic things you can experience is seeing or hearing that your training is working. If we are honest, it's the reason why we do this job. It's about delivering training that works and has improved the way people work.
Like you, I have attended my training courses when I have thought, what is the point of this or this is valuable time I am never getting back! When I started our training company, one of the critical things was never delivering a training course that attendees couldn't use.
Recently I was delivering our PTT Train the Trainer course in-house for an organisation in London. The course was for a group of experienced, competent trainers; they undertook the course as part of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) process.
