Good morning and welcome to another Trainer Talk on the Dog Walk and what I wanted to do this session was to just kick off with a question for you. And the question was, have you ever witnessed or been exposed to bad behavior in your training sessions or presentations?
I know many of us have, indeed I have too. So what can we do about dealing with that particularly bad behavior? What can you do about dealing with that particularly bad behavior? So in my series of My A to Z of training, C today is going to be for contract. And contract, what we're going to call your rules, is a really important thing when you have the time to be able to do it, is to make a contract with your delegates, with your people. And the really great thing is, is when they make the rules up, what you can do is then if those rules are broken, you can go back to those and say, "I am right in saying that in your rules, the rules that you decided, the rules that you made up, that we did say..."
