The power of reflection cannot be underestimated. Reflective thinking helps us plan and gives us an insight that we may miss. It is an integral part of the learning process; it allows us to learn more about ourselves.
Reflecting enables us to learn and grow by stepping back and thinking. It is a valuable skill that can help you in both professional and personal lives growing both your self-confidence and self-awareness. But how do you reflect? It is easy advising people to do this, but most people don’t know how to build this habit. Our workshop will give you the skills required to learn effective self-reflection. A fascinating experience, and once this is established in your thought process, you will never look back.
Self-exploration is fascinating because it involves looking at your own thoughts, feelings, behaviours and motivations. Have you explored yourself after a conversation or an interaction with a peer or work colleague/manager? This is a very useful skill to have to really understand

Target Training founders Claire and Ralph Moody are pleased to announce the launch of their new publishing business JCRM Publishing. Speaking yesterday the couple talked about what wanted JCRM to achieve.
"This year has been a challenge for all of us, none of us expected COVID and when everything stopped we decided to do something about it.
Although our work has changed, whoever thought we would be doing remote training! We have been very busy over the last six months; using our background in training, coaching, management and personal growth to create over 60 guides and journals. We have loved the experience, and although it's required significant learning on our part, we have developed another business to complement our established training company Target Training.
Launching on 31st October - You will be able to visit our new website and download our latest handy development guide 'Developing Courage' FREE of charge. You will also be able to see our range of developmental guides and

I love the way we operate as human beings, the way we think and act. Of course, our ‘Paradigm’ or way of thinking is a product of conditioning. Sorry if this is the first time you have heard this, but we have all been conditioned since our first breath in our fantastic world.
Conditioning has affected our Paradigm since we were born; it controls our mannerisms and our thoughts and our feelings. Most of the time we don’t even know we are doing it, and like we don’t even think about breathing in and out, our way of thinking is exactly the same.
Training is designed to change the way we think. Whether we are learning a new skill, a new behaviour or habit; we are being trained or conditioned to learn something new. Eventually, with repetition and positive reinforcement from others, particularly from someone with authority, behaviours are changed. Therefore, training is designed to condition you into a way of thinking.
Science shows that we use our brains 5% consciously and 95%

How often do you think about what is not being said in a conversation? I think this is such a huge area that people miss in a conversation let alone how to deal with it.
In coaching, when you are trained well, you learn to pay attention to your instinct. Just for a second think about how many times you have walked away thinking "They don't mean that", or "I wish I had said", I suspect probably lots of times. Furthermore, if you reflect a bit deeper, you will probably realise you have missed the key area in a conversation. This is so frustrating if you wish to support the other person, relationships being No 1 in both work and personal lives. It's the relationship that counts, and it's that which will make progress for someone.
Coaching is all about this area, what is not being said. This area is hugely important in communication, 55% instinct against 7% words. Yet we all pay attention to the language unless taught otherwise. Why is this? What is it about your feelings you tend not to share?

We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new Personal Growth and Wellbeing courses.
Learning is an essential element of personal growth. If you want to improve yourself personally and professionally, a great place to start is with personal growth and personal development courses.
Our wellbeing courses are focussed on awareness and prevention. In today's climate, mental health is essential, and our courses offer a pathway to mentally healthy wellbeing to enable positive support to mental health.
These remote courses and workshops are open events so anyone can register. Initially, we are running the courses remotely using the Zoom platform with a future plan to deliver these courses at select venues when COVID allows. Additionally, courses can be delivered in-house to organisations.
Ralph Moody, the founder of Target Training, explained why he believes this is a perfect time to launch these courses. "With COVID affecting so many people, I believe this is a perfect time to

There is absolutely no doubt that we all have fantastic power, yes we can change our lives in an instant. What a tremendous feeling that is, to know that you can change your life in a split second and that no one can stop you, once you recognise this fact then you are on the road to truly sorting yourself out and taking control of your life.
The best thing of all is that this power comes free, we don't have to pay anything, it is within us all, we just need to recognise it, and of course, we have to put it into practice. We are, of course, talking about our power and ability to be able to make a decision.
We all have experiences of making decisions though, or not making them (that's another blog) I want you to fully experience the awesome power of what it is like to make one though and the massive benefits that can result.
Of course, many of the decisions we make on a daily basis are really more of a 'preference' which is what you could call a weak decision or to be honest not actually
