This time of year is a fantastic time for deciding to make a change. The New Year is fast approaching ahead, and many feel that this is a perfect opportunity to change.
You know what, I agree, and I love the New Year for this opportunity to make positive changes using the power of making decisions.
Making decisions is so incredibly powerful, it is like a 'laser beam', it can't be modified, you have made a decision, and that is it, and as laser beams do, it cuts through anything. It can't be altered, adapted or changed; it is incredibly powerful and always reaches its target.
I have two key decisions I am making this year:
The first decision is not to drink alcohol for one-month starting January 4th. We just wanted to wish all our clients, friends and associates a fantastic Christmas.
It has been such a bizarre year; we know that many people have struggled and we also know that many people are worried and concerned about the future.
However, we also know that we are getting through this. One day, we will look back on this and reflect on what we have gone through. All of us will come out of this more robust and better in some capacity.
From all of us at Target Training, we want to give you our best possible wishes. We want you to have a safe and happy Christmas, and wherever you are on our planet, we want nothing but for you to be happy and healthy.
Merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you in 2021

Throughout my life, I have always loved having a goal. For me, it gives a focus, and if I put a timeline on the goal, then I have a deadline too. I like to have a deadline; for me, it is a dream with a deadline.
This is a fantastic time of year for setting goals and targets for the new year ahead. Of course, you don't need a new year, you can set a target at any time, but there is something about the turning of a year that prepares us for a new beginning, a fresh start.
Of course, I also know many people struggle with goals, they set some new year resolutions and before long, sometimes the next day, they have already broken their goal. This can be a negative habit to create and if not monitored, can be 'our script', in other words, we make that habit a regular event.
For me setting a goal creates action, and it motivates me to complete that action, for me, it is like a laser beam that will never, ever be changed. We take massive action, and then we get massive results. The best thing, of

There are so many coaches and different coaching certificates that it is difficult to decide where to go to receive quality coaching. Most importantly, where do the coaches go to develop? I think it is essential to understand “what is a good coach” and “what is a good supervisor”. The main point of this blog is who looks after the coaches? They carry so much from their clients and why supervision is needed.
All coaches need supervision, good coaches will receive quality supervision already, mainly because they understand coaching and the quality required for improvement. There are lots of certificates appearing all over the internet offering supervision training, just like coaching. These may not be of good quality; you need to be aware of what good supervision looks like.
When you decide to improve your coaching practice and need somewhere to go to receive guidance, then quality supervision is what is needed. To understand quality when anyone decides on coaching supervision then look
