Training of trainers is our speciality, and this week we have launched a great new feature on the A - Z of great training.
Using our social media outlets, we will be pushing out what we believe are the essentials from A - Z to providing brilliant training.
Scott Fraser, the lead master trainer on all our Train the Trainer programmes, launched the project and stated he was very excited about the prospect of using it as an effective learning tool:

We are very proud to announce the launch of our dedicated Coaching and Supervision page on our website.
Coaching is becoming more critical in our world of business and personal development. This is even more relevant now during the Pandemic with many people struggling with issues that can be magnified further with increased restrictions being put into place.

In my final blog on putting those goals into reality, I want to share what I do to ensure that they will always work.
If you remember in my blog on making decisions, I reinforced that the first thing you had to do is make a decision and not a preference. A decision is definite, and it can't be broken. It is like a laser beam that can cut through anything! This includes self-doubt and using language like "Well it's ok if I do it just this once", this is not make a decision.
The second was creating an action plan. Here, the critical element is having a breakdown of actions (small steps) with dates and reinforcing by explaining why completing the action was important to us.
The third element is what I do every day to make sure I am in the right mindset and have the correct motivation to achieve my goal. It is effortless and a mighty process using visualisation.

It's the New Year, and it is a great time to make some tremendous changes in your life. Remember you can make changes at any time, you don't need the year to end to make one, it just works well with the new beginning that comes with the start of the year.
On the last blog, I mentioned the importance of making a decision first, and I shared two of my decisions. If you haven't seen this blog, you can read it here.
Next, we need to put it into action and what I find works is an action plan. Getting it down on paper gives it a form of commitment and I know when I have written anything down as an action plan, it always works.
Here is my action plan for my decision to have an Improved Healthy Lifestyle, including losing two stone in weight. Remember no judging; it's not your action plan, it's mine!
Ok, some key things regarding action planning:
1. Always title your goal and have an end target date.
2. In the detail area, be specific, not vague. Remember though it's for you so as you understanding
