Out of everything so far what has been the area you have prioritised, is there one and has it been for you. Think about you for a change, not anyone else, stop supporting others and be selfish, it is OK to be this way. Many of us support others but not ourselves. Today, think of one area you can support yourself and write it down in your journal.
