How is that journal going, what have you been writing? Let's change the words and think about every single day and write three positive things you have done on that day; focus on what you have done well and why. Too many people focus on the negative allowing that inner critic to control. Remember, that voice in your head will hold you back; it is lazy and does not want to change.
