New Year – New Change Day 14
Unbelievable two weeks and progress will be taking shape. The little changes you are making and writing in your journal with your comments are fantastic, and all play a part in change. Let's reflect on what we could do differently over the next week. How can you push forward through the adversity you are going to face, your brain will not want change? It is happy being reactive and doing what it has always done; this is lazy and never wins, being proactive wins.
