We are really moving forward. Write down two areas that are strengths and two areas that you would like to improve on further. Balance out your thinking. Expectations are so different from realism. The problem is limitations get in the way of expectations and people aim way too high sometimes. E.g. I am going to lose 3 stone in two months. Sadly life, kids and work get in the way. These have to be balanced. Balance the expectations vs the realism, be true to yourself, don’t build your own disappointment.
