What have you done so far with the three days, what have you done well, what little changes have you made? Remember, small changes are what makes the difference; it doesn't have to be huge! Keep working on the little changes all the time, forcing in a new habit and don't forget to write these changes down in your new Journal? Believe you can do it and believe you deserve the change.
