Let's create a vision board; pictures paint a thousand words. Put some pictures up of where you want to be in the future with your goal in mind. So for example, if you wanted to lose a specific amount of weight you could use pictures of you at your ideal weight or an image of some clothing you want to fit into, it is up to you. Place it so you see it every day. I know someone who placed it above their bed, so when they woke up in the morning, it was the first thing they saw. All you need is a small board where you can place images on. Push the purpose, why you are doing something, positive change.
